- Feature: Option to make two-factor authentication mandatory
- Feature: 'Add Customer' workflow supports non-Ahsay plans
- Feature: Event handler for when a Ticket Inbox configuration is changed
- Feature: Event handler to send message to HipChat - https://www.hipchat.com/
- Feature: Allow searching the Manage Servers page by whether a Ticket Inbox is disabled
- Enhancement: More clearly emphasise when a Ticket Inbox is disabled on the Manage Servers page
- Enhancement: Update timezone information used for communicating with Connector software (ShadowProtect)
- Enhancement: Email bounce messages now go to the configured reply address. (This may increase the number of bounce messages you receive, but the underlying volume is unaffected)
