MyClient has been in use and in development since 2008. This page contains a weekly summary of changes made to MyClient by the continuous integration systems, from the time leading up to the public beta programme.

• Feature: Detect replies to ticket emails and attach them to the appropriate ticket
• Feature: Allow converting mails to tickets from encrypted mailboxes
• Feature: Allow preventing resellers from CC-ing customers on a ticket, for branding reasons
• Feature: Allow customising all ticket emails via the 'Manage Static Pages' interface
• Feature: Allow a separate return mail address for ticket emails
• Feature: Allow hiding the plan-selection screen if only one plan is available
